- Program Length 5 days a week for 18 weeks
Our Beginner Marathon Program is designed for someone who has never completed a marathon, but has been running regularly. This program will start you at a 5 mile run and gradually build your mileage each week. You will eventually progress your running to 20 miles in preparation for the race. The key to success in this training plan consists of the perfect combination of running easy days, long endurance runs, cross-training and rest.
As weeks progress your body will adapt, get stronger and run longer.
