Our Beginner Half Marathon Program is designed for someone who has never completed a marathon, but has been running regularly. This program will start you at a 4 mile run and gradually build your mileage each week. As mileage and intensity increases it will allow your body to adapt to new distances each week in preparation for your Half Marathon.
