    Triathlon consists of a 300 yards swim, a 10.5 miles bike and a 3 miles run. Duathlon consists of a 2 mile run, an 11 mile bike and a 3 mile run. Aqua Velo consists of a 300 yard swim and an 11 mile bike. Entry fees are $115 for individual and $85 per member for relay by July 12.

This ride will take place on the first Sunday of every month, leaving from the South Street Loantaka parking lot in Morristown at 8:30 am (9:30 in the winter). This is a ride for stronger, more experienced female cyclists. The ride will be 35-40 miles at an average pace of 15-17mph. Route may vary from month to month and will be moderately hilly.

This short run covers a lot of landmarks, taking you over the Brooklyn Bridge and back on the Manhattan Bridge, then through the streets of Chinatown and The Five Point Area, before finishing up downtown in front of City Hall.
